Miami/USA At the outset of the new millennium international expectations ran high. A better life for all was on the horizon, via advances in technology, medical research, and agricultural innovations. The prevailing thought was instantaneous global connectivity would foster empathy, abundance, and well-being.

These aspirations have been hindered over the last two decades by government strife and citizen’s complacency. For the first time ever our species future is under the dominion of a privileged few. Mega corporations consolidate, consume, and control our finite resources with impunity.

An ambiguous and disjointed approach to a new pathogen has left the public confused, bewildered and fearful while inducing a global meltdown in a fragile global supply chain. The result is a paradoxical trade-off between mental & physical well-being, economic disruption and compromised constitutional rights. Unvetted factoids sees people filtering reality through the prism of their own prejudices. Institutions that were created to provide social stability and upward mobility are increasingly being undermined, compromised, and diluted.

The Push Back is Palpable

In its 7th iteration, the Climate Change Forum (CC-Forum.com) “Investment in Sustainable Development” – Gulf Edition is a leader in instilling new hope that the Mobius Strip is not fated to repeat itself. Founded in the first decade of the new millennium, visionary leaders Albert II, H.S.H of Monaco and Max Stoudennikoff, brought together a powerhouse summit of distinguished world leaders in the private and public sectors. Forces between global changemakers, investors, philanthropists, and environmentalists are joined to reflect, solve, and invest in the planet’s most vexing problems. Converging from all compass points, delegations are set to arrive in the Kingdom of Bahrain March 21-24, 2022, under the High Patronage of HRH Prince Salman, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Hope Holds Sway

The upside of the global time out is many of the giants among us are striving to reinvent themselves for the betterment of all. Civilization is seeking to re-discover a life in balance; living locally in a community while re-examining what it means to be a human being and how-to live in tandem with our natural surroundings.

People everywhere are adopting a stance that is predicated on hope. Hope that we can undo the environmental destruction we have wrought. Hope we can reinvigorate respect for higher learning. Hope we can create new monetary systems that are fair and equitable.

The venerable institutions and the currencies that provide the bedrock of interchange are being increasingly destabilized. “Is it any wonder that the adoption of peer-to-peer based currency exchange is seeing an ascendance,” states philanthropist Carl ‘The Moon’ Runefelt, Founder of Kasta. The ‘under-thirty’ crypto billionaireis cashing in his tokens to make substantial donations to fund medical research.

Kasta is a proprietary token and an ingenious mobile App created to facilitate virtual crypto currency transactions in real time. “Kasta is the Venmo of Crypto,” says Kristen Connell, corporate mindset coach and presenter. The gig economy, crypto currency and the reengagement of community-based advocacies serve as beacons pointing to a brave new future. Our singular hope is we can arrive at a more equitable distribution of the world’s wealth,” confirms Carl Runefelt, Keynote Speaker at the CC-Forum Gulf Edition.

The CC-Forum heralds a groundswell of global connectivity and solutions-based investments that are ‘cause’ based. It is where one hopes we can manifest a world based on restraint, respect and empathy for all living beings.
